An Australian Interior Designer imported furniture and decorative items from Bali. The consignment arrived with major flaws in manufacture and product selection. Ponder Indonesia located the exporter and mediated the dispute to seek financial settlement of the importers claim.

An overseas investor was subleasing his Lembongan Villa. Our Due Diligence identified a number of missing documents required for the transfer of the lease and some tax irregularities. Ponder Indonesia secured the required documents and designed a tax strategy to ensure regulatory compliance and the secure the transfer of the property right.
